REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Please complete the online registration form. After receiving your registration, we will send you a booking confirmation by post within 10 days. A deposit is not required. At the beginning of June we will send you the travel documents and the final invoice. The entire course price must be credited to our account 14 days before departure.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Trip
Accompanied train journey to Saalbach and back with at least 5 students per departure point (optional). Accompanied flight from Vienna to London/Malta/Dublin. Bus transfer to the accommodation and back. Flights from other departure airports are generally not accompanied. Participants will be met at the destination airport.

Lessons
For main courses, 4 units of 45 minutes per day, Monday to Friday. There are no lessons on travel days and local public holidays.

Support and leisure time
Support during arrival and departure (if accompanied, at least 1 supervisor per 15 participants for rail travel, at least 1 supervisor per 25 participants for air travel) and the entire stay as well as the organization of leisure activities on site is provided by Camps4you course leaders. For participants from non-German-speaking countries
, we will be happy to inform you on request about the availability of native-speaking contact persons at the course location.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Voluntary excursions and entrance fees (England approx. GBP 50 per week/ Malta approx. € 50 per week, Ireland approx. € 50 per week), pocket money, insurance, sports courses, meals during the trip.

Additional services
Additional services (e.g. Warner Bros. tour, musical, diving) are not an essential part of the contract. If these cannot take place, the price will be refunded. This has no effect on the rest of the contract.

DISCOUNTS
For bookings with siblings we grant a € 25 discount per participant, for bookings with friends we grant a € 25 discount per recruited participant.

PREMATURE RETURNS OF PARTICIPANTS
If students do not adhere to the Camps4you rules on site or endanger themselves or other participants through their behavior, Camps4you can arrange for their early return home at the parents' expense. Any additional costs incurred (e.g. escort, ticket fees, cancellation fees) will be charged to the parents separately.

STUDENT ASSIGNMENT
Our students are divided into learning groups based on their age, their last school grade and the assessment questionnaire.


ACCOMMODATION
Depending on the course location, accommodation will be in 1-, 2-, 3- or up to max. 5-bed rooms. Students are separated by gender and, where possible, are accommodated with other students of the same age. In rare cases, the maximum age difference may be 4 years. For courses in England, laundry can be done free of charge in the laundry. In Austria and Malta it is not possible to do laundry. In Ireland for a fee.

WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to withdraw from the trip before the start of the trip and you are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, please send a written declaration to Camps4you. In this case, Camps4you can demand compensation for the costs incurred in the following amount: Up to the 60th day before the start of the trip 10% of the trip price, 59th-20th day 25%, 19th-10th day 50%, 9th-4th day 65%, from the 3rd day before the start of the trip 85%. Camps4you may withdraw from the contract up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip if the minimum number of 18 students per course is not reached.

PASSPORT, VISA, DEVISES AND CUSTOMS REGULATIONS
Each participant is responsible for complying with the applicable regulations. Great Britain is no longer part of the EU and therefore not part of the Schengen area. A VISA is therefore mandatory for all non-EU citizens. Please check the websites of the countries you are traveling to for the applicable regulations.

PRICE CHANGES
The organizer reserves the right to change the tour price confirmed with the booking for reasons beyond its control (e.g. changes in taxes, air fares or exchange rates), provided the booking was made more than 2 months before the start of the tour. If the price change is more than 10%, the participant may cancel the trip free of charge.

LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
The participant is obliged to inform the course instructor or the Camps4you office in Vienna immediately after discovering a defect and to demand remedy. Liability for claims for damages, warranty, loss of profit and other claims shall be limited to gross negligence and intent, unless personal injury is involved. Information in catalogs, brochures and advertising mailings etc. are non-binding and only become part of the contract if they are expressly referred to in the order confirmation.
